After years of preparation, Caitlin Clark makes her major international debut with USA Basketball on Friday morning.
Surrounded by a Team USA roster littered with talent, the former Hawkeye will look to propel the Americans to victory against China in their first of three Group Stage games at the 2026 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup in Berlin, Germany.
While Team USA enters the global tournament as an overwhelming favorite, having won the past four titles and seeking their 12th overall, China is fresh off a second-place finish in 2022. Team USA has won 30 consecutive World Cup games.
