Kaden Wetjen holds the Iowa all-time program record for return touchdowns in a career with six. He showed why he owns that record on Thursday night.
In the fourth quarter of the Pittsburgh Steelers' preseason finale against the Buffalo Bills, Wetjen stood near midfield waiting for a punt. The former Hawkeye All-American grabbed the ball at the Buffalo 45-yard line and cut right.
After being shut off, he reversed field, made a few guys miss, and turned on the jets on his way to the end zone for a highlight-reel touchdown.

It was a much-needed confidence booster for Wetjen, who hadn't had much space on returns all night. After impressing in the receiving game in his preseason
debut, it had been a quiet last few weeks for the talented return specialist. This touchdown should solidify Wetjen's spot on the Steelers' 53-man roster as the primary punt and kick returner.
Iowa fans got familiar with Wetjen's electric punt returns that ended in touchdowns. Steelers fans got their first—and probably not their last—glimpse of it on Thursday.
