The Iowa football program skyrocketed up the USA TODAY Sports 1-138 Re-Rank after a huge win over the weekend.

The Hawkeyes took down Michigan, 20-19, on a 16-yard touchdown pass from Hank Brown to Reece Vander Zee as time expired. It gave Iowa its first road victory over a ranked Big Ten team in over a decade. And it helped boost Kirk Ferentz's team up the rankings.

A new edition of the USA TODAY Sports 1-138 Re-Rank was released on Monday following a wild Week 4 of the college football season. Iowa jumped six spots from last week, landing at No. 14 in this week's ranking. Their Week 5 opponent, Ohio State, is at No. 5.

It's going to be a massive game at Kinnick Stadium this Saturday. For the first time in 20 years, ESPN's "College GameDay" will

be in Iowa City. The environment should be electric as the Hawkeyes look for a second straight signature victory.

Georgia, Texas, Notre Dame, Miami, and the Buckeyes make up this week's top 5.

The Big Ten also sees Indiana at No. 10, UCLA at No. 17, Oregon at No. 21, and USC at No. 22.
