After sweeping their three-game Group D pool play and securing an automatic bid to the quarterfinals of the 2026 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup, Caitlin Clark and USA Basketball (3-0) will face Hungary (3-1) Thursday morning in their first knockout-stage matchup.
While Team USA has been idle since Monday, Hungary needed to defeat Japan (1-3) 84-63 on Tuesday to qualify for today's quarterfinal contest.
So far through three games played, the former Hawkeye has averaged 8.0 points, a team-leading 6.3 assists, and 2.7 rebounds across 21:54 of playing time per contest.
