This past weekend was a big gut check for Penn State. After four straight losses and the season teetering on the brink of disaster, the team could have easily let go of the rope and allowed the season to spiral out of control.
But the Nittany Lions were able to pick up a win against the Purdue Boilermakers on Saturday and stabilize themselves. They will still need to do it again to prove to everyone that it wasn’t just lightning in a bottle, but they have restored a lot of people’s faith in them.
After being eliminated from nearly every Bowl Game projection last week, Penn State is back in the mix. Here are a few major publications, and the game they have the Nittany Lions competing in this December.
