Even during a bye week, Jeremiah Smithhas continued to dominate the top of the Big Ten receiving yardage leaderboard. He already holds the Ohio State records for most receiving yards, most receptions, and most receiving touchdowns. The fact that Julian Sayin could be out for the rest of the season unless the Buckeyes make the playoffs is somewhat of a significant blow but aat the very least he can be counted on to be a huge weapon for whoever emerges as the new starting QB.
Meanwhile, Penn State's Chase Sowell continues to cling on at the bottom of the rankings as well, still on 510 yards. He will have more chances as Penn State's schedule eases up to produce more yardage, but the imminent return of Koby Howard could mean that he will be targeted
less down the stretch.
