LSU football fell to Alabama on Saturday with arguably its worst offensive performance of 2026. The Tigers gained plenty of yards, but only scored 13 points, and Alabama walked out of Baton Rouge with an 18-point victory.
LSU QB Sam Leavitt was inconsistent. Leavitt completed 35 passes for 380 yards in Week 10. He threw an interception in the waning seconds of the second quarter. Kiffin trusted the offense multiple times on fourth down early in the game, but the Tigers failed to convert on any of their four attempts.
Leavitt remains one of the top passers in the game, per ESPN's Quarterback Rating (QBR). He ranks No. 6 in the country with an 84.6 rating. The only SEC quarterback ahead of him is Alabama's Keelon Russell, who is No. 2 with an 86.3
rating.
