Country music singer Lainey Wilson will serve as the guest picker on College Gameday for LSU football vs. Clemson on Saturday. The two sides meet for a Week One clash under the lights in Iger Stadium for the back half of a home-and-home set.
Wilson, a Louisiana native, made an appearance on SEC Nation in Baton Rouge last season. During an interview with Laura Rutledge, Wilson talked about her small town roots as well as her love for LSU. Now, she'll be sitting alongside Nick Saban, Pat MacAfee and Kirk Herbstreit before the Tigers open the 2026 season.
Soon after the announcement, Wilson joined The Pat McAfee show to talk about her selection as the guest picker and said she plans to perform on College Gameday. She follows in the footsteps of some
of the most famous LSU alumni, such as Paul Skenes and Livvy Dunne.

"I'm just fired up to go back home," Wilson said. "I cannot tell you the amount of fun I have had at LSU football games."
