Angel Reese and the Atlanta Dream face elimination on Thursday in Game 6 of the WNBA Finals. The former LSU women's basketball star and her team are down 3-2 in the series against the Golden State Valkyries.
The Valkyries took care of business decisively on their home court in Game 5. They held Reese to two-for-eight from the field in Monday's contest. Reese finished with seven points and 15 rebounds, including 10 on the defensive end.
Game 6 shifts to Atlanta and the Dream needs to win two straight games to win its first WNBA championship. Should it force a Game 7, the winner-take-all game will be played in San Francisco. Reese needs to channel the dominance she displayed in the series' first three games and throughout the playoffs.
