Alabama basketball is among the six reported finalists for 2027 guard RJ Moore, per Rivals' Joe Tipton.
According to Tipton, Moore's finalists are Alabama, Rutgers, Texas Tech, Utah, Vanderbilt, and Wake Forest. Should he eventually commit, Moore would be Alabama's first addition to its' 2027 class.
The talented recruit currently ranks as the nation's No. 41 overall player, as well as the No. 3 shooting guard, in the 2027 class, per the 247Sports Composite rankings. Moore, a four-star prospect, is also considered the No. 1 player in the state of North Carolina out of Ambassador Christian School.
Moore is also set to visit Tuscaloosa from Sept. 25-27. The shooting guard has scheduled visits to both Rutgers and Vanderbilt as well.
