The SEC's Week 9 slate certainly looked a bit different compared to what the conference has seen up to this point in the season.
In all, there were only five SEC games played during Week 9, as six of the conference's teams were not in action due to a bye week, the most on any single Saturday this fall. One of those matchups was a battle of ranked teams, while three other top 25 programs were also in action against unranked foes, with each eventually taking care of business.
Looking ahead, the conference now enters likely its biggest weekend yet in Week 10, a slate of games that is set to feature a number of ranked matchups. Not only will this be multiple must-see matchups, but Week 10 will also see four SEC teams ranked in the top 15 nationally
all going on the road against ranked foes.
