During the Crimson Tide's 20-17 loss against Georgia on Saturday night, Alabama had multiple key players go down with injuries, some of which did not return to the game.
Among those was star wide receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams, who went down with an injury late in the first half, but went on to return after halftime. Coleman-Williams later exited the game though following a hit from Georgia safety KJ Bolden in the second half, with the Alabama wideout this time not returning.
Also included in that group was starting center Racin Delgatty and defensive tackle Terrance Green as well, both of which suffered injuries Saturday night.
Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer provided an update on each late Saturday night, doing so during his postgame press conference.
"Ryan’s got a head injury, and then Racin will be evaluated," DeBoer said. "He’s got a lower-leg injury, so we’ll see kind of what that looks like here in the days ahead. Terrance Green, he had an injury a week ago in the game, and re-aggravated that same injury in the game in the first half here tonight.”
Coleman-Williams finished the game with three receptions for 39 yards to lead the Crimson Tide in receiving. Green had one tackle defensively, while Delgatty played the entire game at center.
Alabama's next game will come this upcoming Saturday on the road at Tennessee.
