Chicago Bears safety Coby Bryant suffered an apparent left leg injury during Monday's padded practice, according to CHGO's Greg Braggs and Mark Carman.
The injury happened during a 1-on-1 rep against tight end Cole Kmet, where he landed awkwardly. He was holding his left knee. Bryant tried to walk it off, but he was carted off the field.

Coby Bryant is down with his helmet off after landing awkwardly covering Cole Kmet. Looked like a left knee. Tried to walk to off initially. Being taken off on cart.

According to CHGO's Adam Hoge, Bryant was "clearly emotional" as he got on the cart under his own power. As Hoge noted, carts aren't
unusual on the field, but Bryant's reaction was telling.
Not good. Coby Bryant just went down grabbing his left knee during a 1-on-1 rep vs Cole Kmet. He was clearly emotional as he got on a cart under his own power.

I’ll caution you that they are on the far fields so a cart is not unusual, but the fact that he was so emotional is…
More to come.
