The Chicago Bears defeated the New York Jets on Sunday. It was a win of great magnitude because they are now 2-0 since Caleb Williams went down with a hamstring injury. It is unclear when he will be back, but Ben Johnson has proven that his team can tread water without their star.
Case Keenum won a game for the Bears on Monday Night Football, and they came out and won with Tyson Bagent on Sunday. They are 3-1 with wins from three different quarterbacks. It is one of the most remarkable stories in the NFL right now.
In order for the Bears to pull this win out over the Jets, a couple of plays had to go their way. Despite New York being one of the bottom teams in the league, they are still an NFL team capable of beating a backup quarterback when
his team as a whole is on a short week. In the win, these five plays stand out as "most important" for the Bears.

Kyle Monangai got the Bears started with their first touchdown of the game. He set the tone for the running game and led the way all afternoon, and he was rewarded early with this one. From this point on, Chicago did not trail once in the football game.
2. Austin Booker sacks Geno Smith to force a Jets punt in the 2nd quarter

The Bears needed to develop a good pass rush this season, and it can't all be on Montez Sweat. Austin Booker is someone that they are relying to be a part of that, and he delivered with this sack of New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith.
3. Tyson Bagent hits Rome Odunze for a big gain

This wasn't a touchdown pass, but it was important for many reasons. For one, it helped the Bears in their quest to continue driving down the field. Two, it allowed Tyson Bagent to make a big throw and feel good about his ability to do so. Lastly, it was a big play for Rome Odunze. Chicago is looking for more from him as he tries to truly become their number one receiver, and this was a great stepping stone.
4. Devin Bush gets a sack of his own

Austin Booker's sack was nice, but this one by Devin Bush added another layer of potential pressure creators on Chicago's defense. If both of these guys can continue dominating with their pass rush, the Bears will continue to play well on that side of the ball.
5. Kyle Monangai rushes for his second touchdown of the afternoon

Monangai was brilliant on the ground for the Bears, who are looking like one of the best rushing teams in the NFL. Ben Johnson sure does love running the ball, as he sees it as a help to his quarterbacks in every way. He's not wrong. This, Monangai's second of the game, sealed the deal for Chicago.
