The Chicago Bears offense is taking home all of the honors after their record-setting Week 1 performance against the Carolina Panthers. Quarterback Caleb Williams was named one of two FedEx Air & Ground Players of the Week to start the 2026 season. Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was the other winner of the week.
The award suits Williams, who completed 21 of 29 passes for 269 yards and two passing touchdowns through the air, while adding 10 carries for 65 yards and two touchdowns on the ground for a total of 334 yards during the Bears' 59-37 win over the Panthers.

This is Williams' third time receiving the award, having won it in Week 6 of his rookie season and Week 3 last year. He
joins Rex Grossman and Mitchell Trubisky as Bears players who have won the award three times.
The award also sparks a $2,000 donation to Chicago's local food bank, Greater Chicago Food Depository. Williams is the second Bears player to earn recognition this week after running back D'Andre Swift won the NFC Player of the Week for his role in the win.
