The Chicago Bears kicked off training camp with their first practice at Halas Hall, where there were plenty of notable observations and highlights.
It was a light day to start training camp -- with a practice that lasted less than 90 minutes -- but there were some notable standouts on offense and some updates on position battles at nickel cornerback, left tackle and center.
While it was a closed practice, there were media in attendance (along with the Bears' social media team) who were able to capture some quick highlights from the first, light workout. In the clips, we get a glimpse of quarterback Caleb Williams throwing to his cast of weapons like receivers Rome Odunze and Luther Burden III, as well as tight end Colston Loveland.
