Will D'Andre Swift play vs. Jets?
D'Andre Swift was a surprise addition to Thursday's injury report with a knee injury, and he didn't practice. But head coach Ben Johnson said that it was more of a short-week, post-game situation, and Swift was a full-participant on Friday. He has no game designation and will play on Sunday vs. the Jets.
Will Braxton Jones play in Week 4?
The Bears lost left tackle Braxton Jones to a knee injury during Monday night's win over the Eagles. Jones did not practice all week, and he's officially been ruled out. With Jones ruled out, Ben Johnson announced that Theo Benedet will get the start at left tackle for Chicago. Ozzy Trapilo, who once again practiced in full for an entire week, isn't quite ready to return just yet.
Will Cam Lewis play vs. Jets?
Defensive back Cam Lewis suffered a hip injury in last Monday night's win over the Philadelphia Eagles. He was limited during Wednesday and Thursday's practices, but he did not practice on Friday, which sealed his fate. Lewis is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game, which means it'll be Dillon Thieneman and Xavier Woods at safety for Chicago.
Who will start at quarterback for Bears -- Tyson Bagent or Case Keenum?
Head coach Ben Johnson hasn't announced who will start at quarterback against the Jets. With starter Caleb Williams sidelined for a second week with a hamstring injury, all signs are pointing to Tyson Bagent -- Williams' backup -- as the starting quarterback vs. the Jets, per NFL insider Ian Rapoport. Per Rapoport, Bagent took most of the starting reps in practice this week. Case Keenum had an impressive showing on Monday Night Football, but Ben Johnson said there's a reason Bagent has been QB2.
