The Chicago Bears have made some changes to their 53-man roster following waiver wire claims and roster moves just two days after roster cutdowns.
The Bears are placing safety Coby Bryant and tight end Hayden Large on injured reserve, which means they'll miss at least the first four games (although Bryant is expected to miss four to six months). Meanwhile, Chicago signed defensive tackle James Lynch and linebacker Jack Sanborn to the 53-man roster in corresponding moves. It's certainly noteworthy that left tackle Ozzy Trapilo wasn't placed on IR, indicating the team expects him back sooner than a month into the season.
