The Chicago Bears are gearing up for a Week 8 showdown against the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football, where Chicago is looking to improve to 6-2 in the second of three straight prime-time games.
The Bears were back on the practice field on Friday after an off day on Thursday, where the injury situation is starting to become clear ahead of Monday night. Running back Kyle Monangai was listed as a non-participant in practice for the second straight day, which doesn't bode well for a Week 8 return against the Seahawks. It would be the fourth straight game he's missed.
Elsewhere, linebacker D'Marco Jackson (ankle) didn't practice after being listed as a limited participant on Thursday. Rookie cornerback Malik Muhammad (toe) was once again limited,
which bodes well for his availability in Week 8. Tight end Colston Loveland was a new addition to the injury report with a neck injury, and he was limited.
