The Detroit Lions (2-2) ruled four players out from Sunday's game at the Arizona Cardinals: offensive lineman Ben Bartch (foot), center Cade Mays (wrist), cornerback Rock Ya-Sin (hamstring), and safety Brian Branch (Achilles).
While Mays and Branch won't play, that duo both started their 21-day practice windows this week, indicating that returns are likely in Week 7 against the Green Bay Packers.
The Lions also listed defensive tackle Tyleik Williams (foot) as questionable after two consecutive limited practices. Williams didn't practice on Wednesday. Lions EDGE DJ Wonnum (back) was initially a limited participant to begin the week, but he was upgraded to a full participant on Friday and did not receive a game status designation.

Meanwhile, the Cardinals ruled out starting right guard Isaiah Adams (ankle) and starting safety Andrew Wingard (knee) against the Lions.
Also listed as questionable are starting defensive lineman Walter Nolen III (calf) and rookie linebacker Karson Sharar (hamstring). Nolen was added to the injury report Thursday and Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur said Friday “he’s trending good.”
Arizona running back Jeremiyah Love (ankle) began the week as a limited participant, but he's a go against the Lions after operating as a full participant on Friday.
The Lions and Cardinals kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET from State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz., with FOX broadcasting the game.
