The Detroit Lions (2-2) meet the Arizona Cardinals (1-3) in a pivotal Week 5 showdown from State Farm Stadium.
With Detroit entering off a 32-26 "Sunday Night Football" loss at the Carolina Panthers, the Lions really need to secure its first road win of the season before heading into their bye week.
Ahead of kickoff, the Lions released their inactives list.
