As Detroit (1-0) prepares for its Week 2 clash against the Buffalo Bills(1-0) at the brand-new Highmark Stadium on Thursday night, the Lions released their Wednesday practice report and expected injury designations.
Headlining the report are rookie starting right tackle Blake Miller (knee) and starting left tackle Christian Mahogany (hip), who each missed all three practices this week. Both have been listed as out for Thursday's game.
Meanwhile, cornerback DJ Reed (foot) is questionable after limited practice on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Defensive back Christian Izien (groin) and center Juice Scruggs (knee) do not yet have a definitive injury
designation, but both fully participated on Wednesday. Although it is not confirmed yet, Izien and Scruggs should be on track to play barring any unforeseen setback.
The Lions and Bills will kick off from Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY, at 8:15 p.m. ET Thursday night on Amazon Prime Video.
