The Detroit Lions (2-1) released their Thursday practice report ahead of their Week 4 "Sunday Night Football" date at the Carolina Panthers (1-2).
After missing Wednesday's practice with a back injury, Lions EDGE DJ Wonnum made a full return on Thursday. That's terrific news for Detroit. Wonnum, a 6-foot-5, 262-pound veteran, registered a pair of sacks in the Lions' 31-24 win over the New York Jets
last week.Lions guard Ben Bartch (foot) once again didn't practice. Detroit starting cornerback D.J. Reed was a limited participant for a second straight day as he battles a rib injury.

NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported on Tuesday that left guard Damien Lewis would be sidelined against the Lions with a UCL injury.
Wide receiver Xavier Legette didn't practice for the Panthers on Thursday either. Right tackle Monroe Freeling (concussion) and wide receiver Jalen Coker were both limited participants on Thursday.
