The Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs will meet on Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium in a key AFC showdown that will also serve as the home opener for Jeff Hafley's team.
On Thursday, the Dolphins held their second practice session of the week at their Baptist Health Training Complex, and afterward, they released their second injury report for Week 3.
Wide receiver Caleb Douglas (ankle), wide receiver Ryan Miller (hip/back) and defensive end Robert Beal Jr. (hamstring) didn't participate.
Limited participants included wide receiver Chris Bell (knee), running back Jaylen Wright (stinger/foot), cornerback JuJu Brents (knee) and long snapper Tucker Addington (shoulder).
Cornerback Chris Johnson (shoulder), linebacker Chop Robinson (concussion) and tight
end Seydou Traore (thumb) practiced fully.
While there were no additions to this injury report on Thursday from the day prior, there was a small change. Miller was limited on Wednesday, but he didn't practice at all on Thursday, which could be a problem for the wide receiver room. This may be why Miami added AJ Henning back to their practice squad.
