The Miami Dolphins moved on from general manager Chris Grier in the middle of their 2025 campaign, and their first order of business in the offseason was to find his replacement, leading to the hire of Jon-Eric Sullivan.
Over the last several months, Miami has continuously added to their front office, including hiring Jackson Roby to join as a scouting assistant.
Roby was an offensive lineman at Alabama, who played in one game in 2022. According to his LinkedIn profile, he worked at Alabama as recruiting specialist after his final season. He had an internship at the USFL before joining Arkansas State as a recruiting specialist and offensive line quality control coach.
Since August 2024, Roby has worked as a scouting assistant for the Reese's Senior
Bowl.
