The Miami Dolphins gave off the ball to the Kansas City Chiefs in the second quarter of their Week 3 battle, as cornerback L'Jarius Sneed punched the ball out from quarterback Malik Willis' hands on a designed run.
With that, the Dolphins needed someone to step up on defense and swing momentum back, and rookie linebacker Jacob Rodriguez stepped up and did just that.
After Kenneth Walker II ran for 24 yards on the first two plays of the drive, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes attempted to hit wide receiver Rashee Rice, but the ball was tipped up in the air, and Rodriguez made a diving interception.

That's Rodriguez's first interception of his career, and while
taking the ball from Mahomes is always special, it has to be amazing to do it for your first takeaway.
