The Miami Dolphins have struggled early in Jeff Hafley's tenure as head coach, as they've yet to win a game through the first four weeks of their 2026 campaign.
Now, after losing to the Minnesota Vikings 15-10 at U.S. Bank Stadium on Sunday, they'll return home to host the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium in Week 5.
For this matchup, the Dolphins are 7.5-point underdogs, per BetMGM. They're also +310 on the moneyline (a $100 bet wins $310) while the over/under is set at 42.5 points.
These odds might change throughout the week, as the Bengals have both Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins battling injuries, and the Dolphins are hoping to get third-round pick Caleb Douglas back from an ankle injury.
It's hard to say that smart money is on Miami
at this point, but considering they've had back-to-back close games going into the fourth quarter, they might just be able to cover this spread in Week 5.
