The Miami Dolphins don't have the strongest wide receiver room in the league, and they may have just lost one of the top contributors at the position late in their Week 2 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.
In the fourth quarter, Dolphins quarterback Malik Willis found tight end Greg Dulcich for a 6-yard gain on first-and-20. During the play, wide receiver Caleb Douglas suffered an injury. While he eventually got off the field, he went to the blue medical tent, and the team announced that he's questionable for the rest of the game.
If he can't play, or if Miami decides to keep him out, they'll have to rely on Malik Washington, Chris Bell, Ryan Miller and Kevin Coleman Jr. at wide receiver.
