The Atlanta Falcons hosted six players for tryouts on Tuesday afternoon as they began preparation for their Week 4 showdown against the New Orleans Saints.
According to ESPN's Marc Raimondi, the Falcons worked out three running backs - Trayveon Williams, Jam Miller and Terrell Jennings - along with linebacker Brian Asamoah, defensive tackle Earnest Brown and defensive back Kyu Blu Kelly.
Atlanta has just two running backs on its 53-man roster, and the team still has an opening on the practice squad after signing Zach Harrison ahead of last week's win over the Green Bay Packers.
Williams is the most accomplished of the three running backs to work out on Tuesday. The 28-year-old has rushed for 343 yards since entering the league as a sixth-round
pick with the Cincinnati Bengals in 2019.
Miller was drafted in the seventh round by the New England Patriots back in April but got released at the 53-man roster deadline. The former Alabama running back rushed for 1,596 yards and 13 touchdowns over his four-year college career.

Jennings is another former Patriots running back who spent two seasons in New England (2024-2025), rushing for 106 yards and a touchdown in 10 career games. The 25-year-old spent some time returning kicks in 2025.
Asamoah was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft. The former Oklahoma standout spent three seasons in Minnesota and one year with the Bengals in 2025. Asamoah has 30 career tackles (17 solo) and two forced fumbles over 50 games for the Vikings and Bengals.
Brown is a former fifth-round pick by the Los Angeles Rams. The 27-year-old has appeared in 15 career games (three starts), recording 14 total tackles (five solo) for Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Last but not least, Kelly is a former Baltimore Ravens fifth round pick who has appeared in 25 career games since entering the league in 2023. After a slow start to his career, Kelly broke out with three interceptions and fumble recovery for the Las Vegas Raiders in 2025.
