The Atlanta Falcons suffered a few key injuries in last week's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, including cornerback A.J. Terrell (shoulder), guard Chris Lindstrom (concussion) and defensive tackle Da'Shawn Hand (quad).
Hand is out for the season with a torn quad, however, Lindstrom and Terrell are in better shape. Lindstrom is still in the NFL's concussion protocol, but he has since returned to practice and will likely be back to full speed in time for Week 2.
Terrell was a full participant at Thursday's practice, and according to Falcons beat reporter D. Orlando Ledbetter, the star cornerback expects to play in Sunday's game.

Terrell did
not have his best day against the Pittsburgh Steelers and struggled to keep up with wide receiver DK Metcalf. Things won't get any easier in Week 2, as the Falcons must slow down Panthers wide receivers Tetairoa McMillan and Jalen Coker.
