The Atlanta Falcons haven't had much time to process last week's 34-3 loss to the Carolina Panthers, but that's probably for the best. The team will make its prime-time debut this Thursday night against the Green Bay Packers.
At 0-2, the Falcons are turning to Michael Penix Jr., who will make his first start since tearing his ACL in the middle of the 2025 campaign. Penix's ability to push the ball down the field should allow playmakers Drake London, Kyle Pitts and Bijan Robinson to get back on track.
It won't be easy, though. While the Packers haven't been overly impressive this season, they are a consistent contender with one of the best home-field advantages in the NFL.
