The Atlanta Falcons have waived defensive end Bralen Trice ahead of the NFL's roster deadline, according to a report from Jonathan Jones of The Athletic. Trice, a former third-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, never appeared in a regular season game for Atlanta after suffering back-to-back season-ending injuries in his first two seasons.
Trice helped Washington reach the National Championship game back in 2023 along with Falcons quarterback Michael Penix Jr. Look for Trice to land back on the Falcons' practice squad if he clears waivers.

Atlanta waived wide receiver Vinny Anthony and center James Brockermeyer, while releasing both offensive tackle Wanya Morris and defensive end Cameron Sample on Sunday afternoon.
The team also acquired defensive tackle Gervon Dexter in a trade with the Chicago Bears. The Falcons sent cornerback Clark Phillips III and a fifth-round pick to the Bears for Dexter.
