Falcons release Week 7 depth chart: New QB3 listed vs. 49ers

The Atlanta Falcons have released a new depth chart for Sunday's NFC showdown against the San Francisco 49ers, and there was one notable change. Veteran Andy Dalton has replaced Cooper Rush as the team's third-string quarterback.

The Falcons added the three-time Pro Bowler to the roster on Monday, but head coach Kevin Stefanski wouldn't specify Dalton's role or spot on the depth chart. Well, now we know the 38-year-old will be QB3 behind Michael Penix Jr. and Tua Tagovailoa.

Atlanta also made a few roster moves on Tuesday, signing edge rusher Charles Snowden and releasing former third-round pick Bralen Trice. Since the team has yet to officially announce the Snowden signing, though, the veteran is not listed on this week's depth chart.
