The Atlanta Falcons set their initial 53-man roster before Sunday's deadline, but they've already made a handful of changes since then. The team claimed three players off of waivers on Monday afternoon - LB Yasir Abdullah, LB Jared Ivey and OT Cameron Williams - which also forced Atlanta to cut three players.
The Falcons waived defensive lineman Zach Harrison in a surprise move, along with defensive backs Natrone Brooks and Jammie Robinson. That wasn't all, though. Later on Monday evening, the team placed linebacker JD Bertrand on the reserve/injured list and signed linebacker Josh Woods off of the practice squad.
Atlanta will likely look to bring Harrison back on to the practice squad, assuming he clears waivers. The team currently has two practice squad spots
available. Since the Falcons kept four quarterbacks, one of those practice squad spots will likely be filled by quarterback Cooper Rush or Jack Strand.
