The Atlanta Falcons are off to a slow start in the first half of Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears, and it might get worse before it gets better. Falcons linebacker Divine Deablo suffered an arm injury in the second quarter and has since been ruled out for the game.
Deablo is a key member of Jeff Ulbrich's defense, taking over as the team's green-dot wearer for former Falcons LB Kaden Elliss. Thus far in 2026, Deablo has 27 tackles (13 solo), two QB hits and one fumble recovery.
In his place, the Falcons will look to rookie linebacker Harold Perkins Jr., a sixth-round pick out of LSU. Perkins has been exceptional this season, and will have to help man the middle of Atlanta's defense along with fellow rookie Kendal Daniels.
