New England Patriots offensive lineman Ben Brown is expected to start at the right guard position in Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.
Patriots coach Mike Vrabel revealed the news on Friday.
It has been a game of musical chairs for the Patriots at the right guard position this season. The team's main starter, Mike Onwenu, went down with an ankle injury in the Week 2 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Greg Van Roten won the job the following week, but then he went down with a thigh injury in the Week 3 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Both Onwenu and Brown have gone on injured reserve, leaving the Patriots to turn to their third and fourth options at the position.
Has a decision been made at right guard? Mike Vrabel: "I would probably
anticipate Ben Brown starting out there. Walter will have to be ready to go."

Walter Rouse filled in for Van Roten last week and struggled against the Jaguars' defense.
So it makes sense that the Patriots would look to try something different when facing the Bills. Brown has appeared in 30 games, and he has 14 starts under his belt. The Patriots are hoping that experience leads to a much better result this week.
