New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel gave away four game balls following the team's stunning 29-26 victory over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
Quarterback Drake Maye, wide receiver Efton Chism III, safety Craig Woodson and wide receiver Romeo Doubs each earned a ball for their efforts in Week 4.
Maye went 22-of-37 passing for 269 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. He also led the team on a game-winning comeback drive late in the fourth quarter on the road against an unbeaten Bills team. Doubs had his best performance so far in a Patriots uniform, hauling in six catches for 58 yards and two touchdowns. Chism had the biggest catch of the day, a leaping one-handed, game-winning grab that put the Patriots out in front.
On the defensive side
of the ball, Craig Woodson delivered the dagger by picking off Bills quarterback Josh Allen and getting the ball back to the offense to ice the game.
It was an all-around solid team victory in a game where the Patriots were missing multiple top playmakers, including A.J. Brown, Christian Gonzalez and Christian Barmore. With the victory, the Patriots improved to 2-2 on the season and climbed back into the AFC East divsional race with the Bills.
They'll head back home in Week 5 for a scheduled visit from the Las Vegas Raiders.
