The New England Patriots face long odds when going on the road on Sunday for a Week 4 showdown with the Buffalo Bills.
After earning a dominant home win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Patriots got crushed on the road in a 35-6 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Last year's road warrior team has yet to win a single game away from Gillette Stadium so far this season.
They stunned the Bills on the road last year, but the circumstances surrounding this year's team are significantly different. The Patriots are dealing with major injuries on both sides of the ball, and quarterback Drake Maye isn't playing with the same MVP-level confidence.
As for the Bills, it has been the complete opposite.
Josh Allen currently looks like the best quarterback in football,
and the Bills are one of two teams remaining with a 3-0 record after knocking off the Los Angeles Chargers last week.
