New England Patriots wide receiver Kyle Williams discussed how he can make the most of his opportunities with A.J. Brown sidelined for at least the next four games.
Brown's absence will surely mean an uptick in snaps for the second-year big-play wideout, who didn't record a single catch in last week's season opener against the Seattle Seahawks. However, he did contribute 56 yards on two kickoff returns.
It's expected that the Patriots will need him for more than just special teams in Sunday's Week 2 matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
“A lot. If I want to really go, I'd give you a Christmas list, for real. But I could do a lot, man, and just when those opportunities present itself, that's when I'll be able to show it," Williams told media members.

Williams is a speedy wideout capable of taking the top off the defense vertically. However, he truly believes that his route tree is bigger than that of just a vertical receiver.
Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels could dig into his deep bag of tricks and show off more of Williams' skills on Sunday. It might be necessary to spark the struggling offense coming off a disappointing performance in the opener.
