New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel praised the unselfishness of the team’s wide receivers after their 45-17 win over the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.
According to Patriots Wire's Sophie Weller, Vrabel stated after the game that his receivers played unselfishly and as a unit in the win over the Raiders.
"They're all ready to go. They all play different positions... the ball found every one of them... I think they all care about each other," Vrabel told reporters after the game. "Those receivers, they don't care who catches the ball. They don't care who catches the touchdown."
Kyle Williams led the receiving unit with three catches for 91 yards and a touchdown which was for 34 yards. DeMario Douglas caught four passes for 65 yards and two touchdowns,
while Efton Chism added five receptions for 57 yards. Tight end Eli Raridon contributed five catches for 57 yards as well, and Hunter Henry had three receptions for 44 yards and a touchdown.
New England saw several receivers have big games in the win, and their combined production helped quarterback Drake Maye throw for 374 yards and four touchdowns in the contest as the team improved to 3-2 on the year.
