New England Patriots safety Kevin Byard is looking forward to Sunday's matchup against Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
It makes sense given the long list of accomplishments Rodgers has over his NFL career. He is a future Hall of Famer and one of the longstanding elite talents in the league. So naturally, Byard is hoping to test himself against the best.
He is still looking for his first interception against Rodgers in a game, and this might be his final chance to get it.
“Definitely looking to get my first interception against Aaron Rodgers this week. But no, I think it's gonna be very fun, and really, I just want to win," said Byard.

Byard will try to help the team regroup after last week's loss to the Seahawks.
The defense had a solid performance and allowed only 13 points in the game, but they were unable to generate turnovers. On the other side, the Seahawks forced three interceptions against Patriots quarterback Drake Maye that ultimately turned the tide in the game.
Byard and the Patriots' defense will try to ramp up the pressure against Rodgers and force the legendary quarterback to make mistakes. Their ability to impact the game with turnovers could be the deciding factor.
