Former New England Patriots star Danny Amendola is impressed by the impact A.J. Brown has had on the team thus far this offseason.
In an interview with Action Network’s DJ Siddiqi, Amendola lauded Brown for the way in which he has elevated the Patriots’ offense in lead up to next season.
”You can really feel the standard elevate in that room when he steps on the field,” Amendola said. “These guys have playoff experience, Super Bowl experience, so they know what championship level of communication, championship level of execution looks like. He's really elevated the group, which is exciting for me to see.”
Brown won the Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles at the end of the 2024 season. Individually, he has been one of the best receivers in the league
for the better part of the last decade, having gone for 1,000 yards receiving in six of the last seven seasons.
The 29-year-old Brown has brought prowess as a down-field threat, explosive playmaking and edge to the Patriots’ offense in training camp, and is expected to be a difference-maker for New England in a potential Super Bowl-winning run next season.
