Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is confident that the current slump Drake Maye is experiencing won't last.
When speaking with media members this week, Allen commented on the ongoing struggles for the New England Patriots' 24-year-old quarterback in his third season. Through three games, Maye has thrown only one touchdown pass and six interceptions.
He also has one lost fumble on the season, bringing his turnover total to seven.
"Listen, Drake's a smart kid, extremely talented," Allen said. "He's going to figure it out. He's got the work ethic. I've got a lot of respect for him and what he's been able to do in his early career. But he'll find a way out of it."

The Patriots go on the road to face the Bills on Sunday.
Unlike Maye, Allen has continued to play at an MVP level and has the Bills sitting at 3-0 in the season. With that said, he remembers the Patriots coming into Orchard Park and upsetting the Bills at home last year.
It hasn't looked good for Maye early, but there's always a chance that he could catch fire and turn it around in a game where few expect the Patriots to win. He'll have to if New England hopes to have a fighting chance.
