New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry is worth adding in shallow fantasy football leagues ahead of Week 4, as he carries enough receiving prowess, despite his slow start to the year, to be considered as a potential flex starter.
Henry has recorded seven receptions for 71 receiving yards this season. He has yet to find his groove on the season, as the Patriots collectively have gotten off to a slow start to the year. Nevertheless, his track record merits consideration from fantasy football team managers to be added off the waiver wire, especially after he went for a career-high 768 receiving yards in 2025. Henry is capable of supplying enough catches and yardage to give teams a boost.
New England’s Week 4 matchup against Buffalo will be a favorable
one for Henry. The Bills are one of only six teams in the league that have given up at least 800 passing yards on the season. Henry will also face a Bills team that has allowed seven receiving touchdowns on the year.
Because he has yet to connect with Drake Maye for a wealth of receptions in any of the first three games of the year so far, Henry is a player to monitor with a close eye and weigh strongly before starting. Nevertheless, he merits an add due to his reputation and upside.
