Florida baseball formally released its complete schedule for the 2027 baseball season on Tuesday afternoon in accordance with Southeastern Conference rules. The Gators' 56-game slate features 38 home contests, with 16 of the first 17 games played at Condron Family Ballpark.
The schedule features 25 matchups against teams that qualified for the 2026 NCAA Tournament, including six versus returning College World Series schools, while six of Florida's 10 conference series also come against last year's postseason programs.
Entering their 113th season of play, the Gators hold the nation's longest-active postseason streak at 18 straight years, which includes trips to nine of the last 16 College World Series. Their quest to continue that run begins with
a three-game series at home against Queens University of Charlotte from Feb. 19-21.
The remaining three non-conference weekend series come against Delaware (Feb. 26-28), Miami (March 5-7) and North Florida (March 12-14), respectively. A Monday matchup against Michigan on March 1 is in the mix as well, along with a midweek series against Presbyterian (March 9-10); the first of three meetings with FSU on March 16 marks the end of the non-conference slate.
The Gators' first road game comes against Stetson in the front half of a home-and-home midweek series on Feb. 23. It is the only game played away from Gainesville before conference competition begins.
Florida travels to Auburn for the first time since 2021 to open up the SEC schedule from March 19-21. The conference slate also includes road series against South Carolina (April 2-4), Kentucky (April 23-25), Vanderbilt (May 7-9) and Missouri (May 20-22); the five home series come against LSU (March 26-28), Mississippi State (April 9-11), Texas (April 16-18), Tennessee (April 30-May 2) and Georgia (May 14-16).
Sprinkled in there are midweek matchups against Stetson (March 23), Florida State (March 30), Jacksonville (April 6), Florida A&M (April 13), Kansas (April 20), Florida State (April 27), Bethune-Cookman (May 4) and South Florida (May 11). All but the March 30 meeting with FSU will be played within the comfortable confines of Condron Family Ballpark.
The 2027 SEC Baseball Tournament is scheduled for May 25-30 at The Hoover Met in Hoover, Alabama.
