Florida football renews its in-state series with Florida Atlantic on Saturday at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
The Gators are 4-0 all-time against FAU, with their most recent meeting coming in 2024. All four games have taken place in Gainesville, where UF has outscored the Owls 155-51 since the two programs first matched up in 2007.
The largest margin of victory in the series came in the same year, when Urban Meyer and the Gators cruised to a 59-20 victory as they defended their 2006 national championship. The two would not meet again until 2011, when the Will Muschamp-led program routed FAU 41-3 in his debut as Florida's head coach.

before Treon Harris hit Jake McGee for a 13-yard touchdown that allowed the Gators to escape with a 20-14 win in Jim McElwain's first year with the Orange and Blue.
Anthony Richardson rushed for 160 yards during the most recent meeting in 2021, including a 73-yard dash as the Gators defeated FAU, 35-14, in Dan Mullen's final season on Florida's sidelines.
The two Sunshine State programs will face off for the fifth time on Saturday, with kickoff set for 7:45 p.m. ET.
