Week 4's college football battle between the Florida Gators and Ole Miss Rebels on Saturday has the makings of a classic Southeastern Conference showdown. With four days remaining until the afternoon kickoff, BetMGM's betting lines have changed ever so slightly, but still favor the Orange and Blue.
The Gators bring a 3-0 record into play after beating Auburn in the SEC opener last weekend, and are ranked 22nd by the US LBM Coaches Poll and 21st by the AP Top 25. Meanwhile, the Rebels are also a perfect 3-0 after they triumphed over LSU on Saturday, and are ranked sixth in the Coaches Poll and fourth in the AP Poll after three games.

Florida passed its first major test last weekend against Auburn, and while Jon Sumrall and Co. out-duked the Tigers, it was far from a perfect performance — particularly the penalty issue that has once again reared its head. The offense overall still looks potent and the defense, despite a few letdowns, appears to be rounding into form.
Ole Miss represents the Gators' biggest challenge so far this season and is a formidable foe. But with a raucous Swamp crowd behind them at home, they should undoubtedly have the edge. The key will be improvements in both team discipline and defensive play — if Florida can play a clean, tight game, they should prevail for their first 4-0 start since 2019.
