San Francisco 49ers superstar wide receiver Mike Evans left Monday night's Washington Commanders game at home with an injury just before halftime.
Evans made a catch and immediately called for help, per KCRA News' Sean Cunningham. He went to the locker room for evaluation, the team saying that Evans was questionable to return with an Achilles injury.
Of course, the 49ers have been snakebitten by injuries this season, particularly in the wide receiver room. The team can't afford for their prized 2026 free agent to miss much time with how thin that room is.
We'll be watching to see if Evans returns to this game.

What a bummer if Evans is injured and misses any time.
Who would be the team's top receiver?
At this point, Brandin Cooks would likely be the top wide receiver on the depth chart.
