A man casually conversing with customers in a tea house in India suddenly came face to face with a charging wild boar, and he became paralyzed with fear.
The man, identified as 60-year-old Shalik Bhure, was like a deer in headlights, unable to move left or right to avoid a collision, so he wound up taking the brunt of the wild boar, which plowed into him and caused all kinds of chaos that sent customers scattering.
A surveillance camera caught the crazy encounter on video, and it was shared by Chandigarh Media on Facebook.
The incident occurred on July 31 in Ambadi village, Maharashtra, according to Newsflare.
Bhure sustained an undisclosed injury, though he could be seen rubbing his upper right thigh. He was taken to Bhandara Government Medical
College and Hospital, where he was treated, according to SWNS.

Between January and May of this year, six people were killed and 19 were injured in encounters with wild animals.
Just last month, a woman was injured when a wild boar entered a supermarket and attacked her, goring her with its tusks. She sustained injuries to her hand as she tried to fend off the animal, according to The Hindu. The hog chased her outside before others chased the animal away. The wild boar eventually was shot and killed.
“Residents said that although wild boars frequently stray into the area and damage crops, this was the first instance of one entering a commercial establishment in the town and attacking a person,” The Hindu stated. “The incident has also heightened concerns over the increasing incidence of human-wildlife conflict in the region.”
