Bhayshul Tuten has been one of the 2026 NFL season's breakout stars, and a huge reason why the Jacksonville Jaguars have jumped out to a 5-2 start. His speed and tackle-breaking ability are paramount to what Liam Coen is trying to do offensively.
While Tuten has yet to miss a game, he's banged up heading into Week 9. The Virginia Tech product is a game-time decision for Thursday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens with lingering ankle and foot injuries, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Here's what to do with Tuten in your fantasy football lineups for Week 9.
Should you start Bhayshul Tuten vs. Ravens in Week 9?
If Tuten plays, you absolutely need to start him. The Ravens are down to their third-string quarterback and will likely trail most of the game, leading to a positive game script
and plenty of rushing opportunities for the Jaguars.
What if Tuten sits?
Chris Rodriguez Jr. is an excellent backup plan if Tuten can't suit up. He's been the clear No. 2 behind Tuten this season and would presumably get the workhorse treatment if Tuten sits. If he's still available in your league, he's worth an add for Tuten managers who want to protect their investment.
